Our selection process
Step 1. Apply via email

. We’ll review and let you know within 5 days if you’re through to the next stage.
Step 2. Aptitude Test
Conducted remotely, the aptitude test is meant to give us an initial idea of your skills level.
You’ll be presented with a single programming problem that takes no more than 5 hours to solve.
Step 3. Interview
The interview is designed to give us a comprehensive view of your personality and skills. To start,
we want to hear about your previous experience and achievements. Then you’ll be presented with
analytical thinking and algorithm development tasks to assess how you structure the information and
prioritize efficiency. We wrap up the interview with questions and answers, and an English language
Step 4. Joining Softaria
Congratulations - you have now joined Softaria! You’ll meet our managers, team members and other
graduates, and start working on thought-provoking assignments alongside a mentor. If your one
month's paid trial is successful, you become a fully-fledged member of the team.
